New Body New Life: Over 50's Exercise

Monday and Friday mornings (no classes on public holidays)

Monday:    9.15am - 10am          Beginners class 

                  10am - 11am              Medium to up-beat exercise class to great music suitable for all ages

Friday:      9.30am - 10.30am      Gentle Exercise class suitable for those people who have not exercised
                                                     for some time or are returning to exercise following illness/surgery.
                                                     This is a good entry-level class for seniors.

Friday:     10.30am - 11.30am     Seniors up-beat exercise class suitable for regular exercisers.

General Information

Nancy Dickman has owned and operated Newcastle New Body New Life since April 1989. Nancy has a doctoral degree in Health and Exercise Science and has lectured in Exercise Psychology at the University of New South Wales, Faculty of Medicine.  

Nancy provides fitness advice and exercise classes for all ages and levels of fitness, however specialises in classes for the over 50's.

The New Body New Life motto is "fun, fitness and friendship". Classes are focussed on enjoyment in a welcoming and non-competitive atmosphere.

All classes are one hour in duration, pay as you go. The first class is complimentary.
