Monday mornings

Friday mornings 
9:30 am - 10:15 am - Gentle exercise class suitable for those people who have not exercised for some time or are returning to exercise following illness/surgery. This is a good entry-level class for adults.
10:30 am - 11:15 am -  Regular class, medium to up-beat exercise class suitable for regular exercisers.

No classes on public holidays
$12 per class / $10 per class concession rate
Senior activity
Michelle and Deb provide fitness advice and exercise classes for all ages and levels of fitness.
The class motto is "fun, fitness and friendship". Classes are focused on enjoyment in a welcoming and non-competitive atmosphere.
Classes run for 45 minutes and are pay as you go. The first class is complimentary.

Dance For Fun
Dementia Carer Support Group meetings are held at The Place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10:00 am - 12:00pm.
Dementia Carer Support Groups are free community based meetings where individuals get together on a regular basis to share information and build upon skills that can assist when caring for a relative or friend who is living with dementia.
The support group meetings are facilitated by the Newcastle / Lake Macquarie Dementia Advisory Service. The Newcastle / Lake Macquarie Dementia Advisory Service is a free service that provides support, information, counselling and education to people with an early diagnosis of dementia and to families and friends, often referred to as Carers.
Meetings are a friendly and supportive environment and are completely confidential.

$99 For 6 classes & one-off membership fee of $55 that includes uniform.
Play not Push! Little Kickers is fun filled soccer based program executed in a friendly and pressure-free environment for preschoolers aged 18 months - 5th birthday.
Classes continue all year round and don't follow a school term structure, children can join in any time.
Bookings are essential for all sessions, as class sizes are limited.
