Reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and increase self-acceptance with mindfulness and meditation. 'Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation' is a 4 Week Course facilitated by Katrina Mason.Each class is one hour, once a week. This course is practical, non-religious and designed for beginners. The course includes:
- 4x classes with an experienced mindfulness trainer
- A 4 week subscription to the full version of the CALM app
- Downloadable guided mindfulness meditations for you to keep
- A 45-page guidebook
