How do your digital literacy skills measure up? Learn something new with our Building Digital Skills Training!


In 2023 we are offering FREE 2 week digital skills training for over 50's.


Training will be held in a small group setting (no more than 6 learners) and is suitable for beginners and intermediate learners. Get to know the Be Connected website and all it has to offer and improve your confidence using your device and getting online. As part of this training you can chose topics of your interest to learn more about.


Please bring your device if you have one, if you don't have a device don't worry, we have tablets you can borrow.

Please note this training is held over two weeks on Thursdays. We have several dates to choose from in 2023. Bookings are essential and spaces are limited per session.

This course introduces conversational French for use in a variety of social settings. For beginners, and those wishing to revise basic skills. You will be helped to speak and understand right from the start. A relaxed, friendly course with opportunities to socialise and participate in cultural knowledge and activities. DAY CLASS: 6 sessions @ 2 hours per session on Wednesdays Start date: Wed 20 May 2026 (No class 24 June) Time: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm OR  EVENING CLASS: 6 sessions @ 2 hours per session on Mondays Start date: Mon 18 May 2026 (No class Mon 8 June) Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm COST: $150 for the 6 week course, payable before commencement.
