INTRODUCTION TO WILD GOOSE QIGONG

Stimulate the entire system of the body - Mondays, 8th & 15th April

Wild Goose (Da Yan) Qigong was developed over 1700 years ago in China. It is designed to stimulate the entire energy system of the body. Some experience of tai chi or qigong would be of benefit in learning this form.

Adrienne Roberts has trained and studied under Grand Master Chen, the 28th lineage holder of this form of Qigong, in China and has been given his authorisation to teach this form.

Come and see what it is about. On Mondays 8th and 15th April from 1-2pm .
