Lake Macquarie City Council Link Up Day
For Educators and Service Providers

This event will connect family
services with early childhood services and primary schools. There will be a
range of presenters talking on their area of expertise and they will explain how
their service operates, how families can access them and how services can LINK
together to better support families in our community.
The following will be covered:
- Free legal and financial services for families to access
- Children’s behaviours & developmental support
- Mentoring and support provision from the DET throughout assessment and rating
- Educators Be You program to support wellbeing and positive mental health, morale and team building within your own work setting
- Mental health and wellbeing for families and children
- Out of school hours care going above and beyond, particularly for vulnerable families.
