The practice of kundalini yoga clears the body of blocks so you can raise your energy and live to your true creative potential, in awareness, with a neutral mind. In each class Estelle will guide you through: * Breathwork * Dynamic movement * Chanting (mantra) * Meditation Each week you will be practicing towards a specific intention.
