United Sport Aerobics will be holding try outs for their State and National level competitions this month for 2024 at The Place: Charlestown!
The United Sport Aerobics team are welcoming any skill levels from beginner to advanced from ages 4+

Weekly - Mondays 6:45am Cost: $15 per class Kundalini yoga is often said to be the yoga of awareness.
