Tuesday Club is a lovely social group for senior women who meet at The Place: Charlestown for morning tea, exciting activities, guest speakers, entertainment and more!

Weekly - Mondays 6:45am Cost: $15 per class Kundalini yoga is often said to be the yoga of awareness. The practice of kundalini yoga clears the body of blocks so you can raise your energy and live to your true creative potential, in awareness, with a neutral mind. In each class Estelle will guide you through: * Breathwork * Dynamic movement * Chanting (mantra) * Meditation Each week you will be practicing towards a specific intention. Some of the themes include: * Flexibility of the spine * Strengthened intuition * Purifying the body * Balancing the hormones * Building the nervous system * Manifestation and prosperity Bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion to make yourself comfortable.
