The workshops are designed for student (6 to 15 years) to experience fun, hands-on STEM learning Lego® models, programming robots, and other fun-filled experiments & activities. You can enrol for one or both days! Each day will be a different learning experience including site drilling, road & construction site machineries and equipment. Limited spots available.

Weekly - Mondays 6:45am Cost: $15 per class Kundalini yoga is often said to be the yoga of awareness. The practice of kundalini yoga clears the body of blocks so you can raise your energy and live to your true creative potential, in awareness, with a neutral mind. In each class Estelle will guide you through: * Breathwork * Dynamic movement * Chanting (mantra) * Meditation Each week you will be practicing towards a specific intention. Some of the themes include: * Flexibility of the spine * Strengthened intuition * Purifying the body * Balancing the hormones * Building the nervous system * Manifestation and prosperity Bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion to make yourself comfortable.
