The Place Welcomes a New Leader
Over the last few months, The Place has been in a time of transition. We are pleased to announce that Cristelle Govender has assumed the role of Centre Manager at The Place: Charlestown Community Centre.
Cristelle has experience in communication, fundraising, marketing, and community development, with many years worked in the not for profit sector. She has spent the last 3 years as a member of The Place’s leadership team, as the Programs and Marketing Coordinator.
“I am excited and look forward to the continued evolution of The Place as we work to grow and better serve our community.”
